Happy Friday Cali Friends, what are you thankful for today?

Today I am thankful for...

1.  My father-in-law coming home Sunday! 

2.  Being one day closer to finding out if I have the job

3.  Making BEAUTIFUL music last night at band rehearsal.  I am amazed how much faster my fingers move when I play my sax and how less winded I am at the end of rehearsal OMG whoda known?

Today I am thankful for;

1. FRIDAY and the three day weekend
2. Getting a blood test to find out if I am anemic so I can get some treatment and not feel so tired
3. That all the clothes I am wearing today, including the shoes were too tight just a month ago!!!
4. My husband's unique and cute personality
5. Santa Cruz weather

Good morning!  Barb, I am so glad that your FIL is able to come home on Sunday!!! That's wonderful news! 

Loved the quote.. I am thankful and so fortunate to feel like that at work watching my colleagues - it inspires me to step outside my comfort zone professionally and make contributions too. 

And personally and in my WLS journey, I am thankful for you Barb and all my OH friends.. you are a constant support and inspiration every day!!!!

I am thankful today that BART wasn't too terrible and that my alarm woke me up at 430 and I actually got up!

I am thankful for the early morning message from work saying we could go early today if we came in early.. woooo hooooo! 

I am thankful for the weekend and all the adventures in the Lake Tahoe sunshine that are ahead!!!

today I am Thankful for:

Bert coming home on Sunday!  Been a long time coming, Lord, but Thank YOU!!

the office clock ticking down the minutes at what seems a faster pace than normal LOL  Or I just have too much to do and not enough minutes today to get it all done...makes the day go soooo much faster! LOL

the next 3 days in the foothills with my best friend. Lon and I so enjoy our campground and spending the time just the 2 of us. Don't get enough of that with me working ;-(

feeling as good as I do; I'm no longer taking BP meds!!!! Been a week now and daily BP readings are staying within the doc recommended numbers...Thank goodness!

Have a safe and enjoyable Labor Day Weekend Cali crew...we certainly all deserve it!  We all 'work' in some manner and fashion ^_^

Today I am thankful for my Husband and the fact we are leaving for a fun weekend in Reno @ the BBQ Rib Festival!   It is his Birthday and we planned a mini vacation to celebrate !

I am thankful my 15 year old was invited to his friends for the weekend so he doesn't stay here and mess my house up and eat all the food in the fridge, let him eat their food for a change LOL,

I am Sooo BLESSED & THANKFUL for my life, as hard as it is sometimes and how hard I have to work to make it better for me and my family.  Without struggle there can be no progress!  Thank You God for giving me the life I have!
